If you would like to start trading straight away then the £9.99 Software package is all you need.
If you’re not yet ready to trade but simply want to register your company name now you have 2 options:
- Use our reserve name service, where we do all the administration and register the business under our name until you are ready to start trading.
- Register the company in your name, advise HMRC that you are a non trading company once they write to you after the first year and file your dormant accounts and confirmation statement to Companies House the following year. We can do the Companies House filing on your behalf if you don’t want the hassle.
If you plan to start trading within 12 months it’s probably best to take option 2.
